Join the Korea Peace Network in Washington, D.C. on\u00a0June 11-12<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for advocacy training and lobby days to urge the U.S. to sign the Korea peace treaty!<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>Because the United States is a signatory on the cease-fire that halted the Korean War, President Trump’s signature is required to declare an end to the War, and turn the armistice into a peace treaty.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0Monday, June 11<\/span><\/span>, peace advocates will meet in D.C. for a strategy meeting and advocacy training. The following day,\u00a0Tuesday, June 12<\/span><\/span>, the group will hold lobby meetings with members of Congress and the Trump administration.<\/p>\n
